Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the products and services provided by Abdi Production, referred to as “the Company” throughout this document. By using the Company’s products and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms

The Company requires a 50% advance payment for all projects, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project. The Company reserves the right to withhold the final delivery of the project until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Delivery

The Company will deliver the completed project to the client by the agreed-upon date. Any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues, will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

Revisions

The Company will make reasonable revisions to the project, such as minor changes, within the limitations agreed upon in the project agreement. Major changes that significantly alter the scope of the project or require additional work may result in additional charges.

Please note that the specifics of the revision policy may vary based on the nature of the project and agreement between the Company and the client. The client is responsible for providing clear and specific feedback regarding the desired changes. The Company is not responsible for any delays or errors resulting from incomplete or ambiguous feedback.

Non-Refundable

All payments made to the Company, including the advance payment, are non-refundable in any condition. This includes but is not limited to project cancellation, project delays, or dissatisfaction with the final product.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages, arising from the use of the Company’s products or services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement at any time with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Company’s website and will apply to any new projects initiated after the date of the update.
